Example flows give you a head start in understanding how to use Trifacta (or Dataprep if you are using our product on Google Cloud Platform).
Any new user staring to use the tool will have access to two example flows:
Event log data preparation for a data warehouse
This flow highlights the use case of a social networking company who needs to move event logs from an Amplitude-like tool from a data lake to a data warehouse. To do so, this flow performs a set of cleansing and schema manipulation transformations in to structure the data to publish in the data warehouse.
If you are looking to build pipelines for unstructured or semi-structured datasets, this example flow is ideal for you to get started with the tool.

Sales, marketing and finance data analysis
This flow assumes the use case of a software solutions vendor who provides custom applications for customers. In this flow we show you how to prepare, calculate and ultimately create three different sales, marketing and finance analyses.
If you are looking for an alternative to SQL and want to perform analysis of data either coming from a warehouse or a data lake, we highly recommend looking at this flow.
